We specialise in what is organic, fresh, seasonal and local. Newly harvested vegetables, cheeses, freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes and biscuits. You will find everything under one roof. The store is staffed by volunteers all passionate in keeping the village store open for business.

During the severe weather the shop remained open and well provided and we would like to thanks all the people from the village who gave their time and vehicles for this to happen.
We are also very grateful to Ian who didn’t fail to deliver the newspapers, to Vince for the mail and all the suppliers who came.

We appeared on BBC TV OXFORD NEWS yesterday and Pam was on BBC RADIO OXFORD this morning.
If you need kindling wood we now sell it in the shop. |

The stocktaking day has been cancelled for tomorrow, the shop will be open for trade as usual.
We have stocked the shelves tonight with milk, vegetables, fruits, soup and other produce.

We have just heard the results of the Oxfordshire village shop of the year competition:- We came second, which is a brilliant achievement, after only being open a couple of years and really learning on our feet! Thanks again to everyone and particularly Pam, who has worked so hard to keep everything running smoothly..
